1. The standard check-in time is 11:00 AM, and the check-out time is 10:00 AM . Early check-in and late checkout is subject to availability and will incur an         
     additional charge.
2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old at the time of check-in at our serviceapartment.
3. The deal offered is a one-time offer and cannot be altered for different dates or the numberof guests.
4. The total tariff must be paid prior to or at the time of check-in. Any outstanding balancepayment must also be settled at the time of check-in.
5. Local ID proofs are not accepted for accommodation.
6. Extension of stay is subject to availability and will involve additional cost.
7. It is obligatory for all the guests to provide and submit identity proof, such as Aadhaar card,passport, driving license, or voter ID, at the time of check-in.
8. A copy of the booking voucher is mandatory and must be presented at check-in.
9. Unmarried or unrelated couples are not allowed to stay in the apartment. In case of mismatched ID proof, marriage proof may be requested, and a no-refund
    policy applies for denial of check-in under such circumstances. Misrepresentation will result in legal actions.
10. Arms and ammunitions are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
11. carrying, consumption, or storage of alcoholic beverages, smoking, and the consumption of any substances prohibited by the government, including but
       not limited to illicit drugs, within the confines of the apartment premises is strictly forbidden.
12. Pets are not allowed in the apartment for the safety and comfort of other resident guests.
13. llegal or punishable activities such as betting, drug abuse, the use of illegal substances, and shooting pornography films are strictly forbidden in our
       homestays. Engaging in any behavior that disrupts the societal environment, causes discomfort to other guests, or violates house rules may lead to the
       management denying further stay. Guests engaging in such activities will be solely responsible for any resulting mishaps or legal actions, and the 
       management holds the right to refuse further stay or take appropriate actions.
14. Only the specified number of guests at the time of booking will be allowed to stay overnight. No extra person will be allowed to stay without the permission
       of the apartment manager.
15. For your security, refrain from leaving valuable items such as cash, jewelry, laptops, cameras, and mobile devices unattended in your room or within the
       homestay premises. The management cannot be held accountable for any loss or damage to such personal belongings.
16. Advance payments are non-refundable if a confirmed booking is canceled or postponed by either the host or guest, or due to acts of God, natural 
       calamities, or administrative measures.
17. The guest is responsible for any damage caused to furniture or lights or any other property at the stay, whether
       by the guest or an external party engaged by the guest (such as a decorator or caterer etc.). Payment for any additional charges must be made in cash
       prior to check-out. Please remember to lock the apartment when you are not inside.
18. Driver/maid accommodation facilities are not available due to security reasons.
19. The provision of accommodation and services by the company under these conditions is subject to any unexpected and uncontrollable events (e.g.
       industrial disputes, acts of God, war, etc.) for which the company shall not be liable.
20. Guests are required to furnish billing instructions prior to check-in; alterations to billing details post check-in are not permissible.
21. Company reserves the right to refuse admission to any guest in accordance with the terms and conditions of our homestay. CCTV cameras are for internal
       security purposes only, and the management cannot be compelled to show the footage to guests for any reason.
22. Cancellation within five days of the scheduled check-in time incurs no fees.
23. If you choose to end your stay earlier than the check-out date, the company retains the discretion to determine any refund of funds.
